Hello, my name’s Carli and I’m a certified infant sleep consultant and experienced coach. I know the toll that sleep deprivation can take on a person’s mental health and relationships - believe me, I’ve well and truly fought the battle! 

Before training as a sleep consultant, I worked as a coach and mentor. I love helping others achieve their goals and you’ll be met with compassion and motivation across all of my sleep packages.

Parenting is hard enough. There’s no manual and it can feel incredibly isolating. Let’s not make it harder. Let’s get some rest. Together we can set your family on the path to better nights.

Discovery

What works for one child, may not work for another, so my first job is to get to know you and your little one. Before I develop your package, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive intake form. This will be followed by a consultation call, allowing for further questions and discussion.

Custom Sleep Plan

Your bespoke sleep plan is also informed by your child’s temperament and your family’s parenting style. The aim is to build a plan that moves at your pace, so you feel comfortable implementing it. Flexibility is also built in, ensuring better nights don’t come at the cost of overly restricted days.

1:1 Support

Making changes to your child’s sleep can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do this alone. All of my sleep packages comes with the option of one-to-one support from an experienced coach and paediatric sleep expert. Let me empower you to reach your sleep goals.
